The Omega three oils in AREDS2 formula are Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 350mg and Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)650 mg, plus Lutein 10 mg and Zeaxanthin 2mg. This is a softgel tablet and is two tablets a day.
